By using Atlas Agent ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Atlas Agent is an AI-powered business automation platform that helps you manage email, research the web, process documents, and automate workflows. The Service uses artificial intelligence models provided by third parties (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, and others) to perform tasks on your behalf.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

3. Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

• You are responsible for providing your own API keys for AI model providers
• Usage charges from third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenRouter, xAI, etc.) are your responsibility
• When you connect third-party services (Google, email providers), you authorize us to access those services on your behalf within the scope you grant

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Send spam or unsolicited emails through the Service
• Attempt to access other tenants' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or abuse others
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse automated features

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate responses, draft emails, and perform tasks. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending or acting on it
• We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations
• The approval workflow feature exists to help you review actions before execution

7. Automations

Automations run on your behalf based on rules you configure. You are responsible for:

• Configuring automations correctly
• Reviewing automation results
• Any actions taken automatically (emails sent, files created, etc.)
• Setting up appropriate approval workflows for sensitive actions

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
